GridRunner was born from the frustration of running an MSP with tools designed in the 2000s. We started over.
MSPs are the backbone of modern IT — managing thousands of devices, keeping businesses running, and responding to fires at 2 AM. Yet the tools they rely on haven't evolved in decades.
ConnectWise charges $100+/user/month, requires weeks of setup, and still makes you bolt on a separate RMM tool. HaloPSA is better, but still splits monitoring from service desk. Autotask is… Autotask.
We asked: what if we built a unified platform from scratch? One that charges per device (not per seat), has AI remediation baked into the core, and deploys in hours instead of weeks.
